Shopfinity provides e-commerce setup and management services as described in each client's individual service agreement. The details in that agreement, including scope, fees, and timelines, take precedence over anything on this website.
Services are billed as a one-time setup fee plus a month-to-month subscription. Subscriptions can be cancelled with 14 days' notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except as agreed in writing.
Clients retain full ownership of their store, domain, brand assets, and supplier relationships at all times.
We commit to performing the agreed work with skill and care. Business outcomes, including sales and revenue, depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
